Customers are eligible for a 100% refund on their first bag of Oil of Oregano with Black Seed Oil, or their first bottle of CTRL, if after 30 consecutive days of proper use they feel the product has not delivered any of the advertised benefits.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions.

  • You must have taken the supplement as indicated in our official usage guide:

  • The product must be taken daily for 30 consecutive days.
    You must contact us within 30 to 35 days of receiving the product at info@try-balanced.com.
  • You must provide a detailed explanation of your experience, including your symptoms and the perceived lack of benefits, a brief but honest account of how those thirty days went.
  • You may be asked to provide proof of use (e.g., photos of the packaging or remaining product).
