How to use CTRL

Take the recommended daily serving in the morning, during or immediately after breakfast, with a full glass of water.

For best absorption, take CTRL™ with a balanced meal that contains a small amount of healthy fat, such as eggs, yogurt, avocado, nuts, or olive oil. This is especially beneficial for the absorption of Vitamin D3.

Taking CTRL™ in the morning also allows ingredients such as L-Tyrosine and Rhodiola Rosea to complement your natural daytime rhythm. Avoid taking it late in the evening, as Rhodiola Rosea may feel stimulating for some people.

If you have a sensitive stomach, always take CTRL™ with food. Do not take more than the recommended daily serving.

For the best experience, take CTRL™ consistently as part of your regular morning routine. Some ingredients may be noticed sooner, while nutritional ingredients such as magnesium and Vitamin D3 are designed to complement your health and daily nutrient intake over time. Individual experiences may vary depending on diet, sleep, stress levels, health, and lifestyle.

Why Daily Consistency Matters

CTRL™ is not a stimulant and is not designed to create a sudden burst of energy followed by a crash. Its formula combines amino acids, an adaptogenic botanical, magnesium, and essential vitamins involved in normal brain, nervous-system, and energy-related processes.

Taking it consistently provides the body with a predictable daily intake of these nutrients and active ingredients. It also makes it easier to evaluate how the formula fits into your routine. Good sleep, sufficient hydration, regular meals, movement, and breaks from excessive stimulation remain important parts of maintaining healthy focus and energy.

What’s Inside CTRL™

L-Tyrosine — 450 mg

L-Tyrosine is an amino acid the body uses to produce important chemical messengers, including dopamine and norepinephrine. These neurotransmitters are involved in attention, motivation, alertness, and the way the brain responds to demanding situations.

Research suggests that L-Tyrosine may be most useful when mental performance is challenged by acute stress, intense cognitive demands, cold exposure, or insufficient sleep. It should not be presented as a general treatment for low mood or as something that permanently increases dopamine.

Including L-Tyrosine in a daily formula gives the body an additional source of a key neurotransmitter precursor, particularly during mentally demanding periods.

L-Theanine — 200 mg

L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves. It has been studied for its ability to encourage a relaxed but attentive mental state without acting as a sedative.

A 200 mg serving is commonly used in human studies examining stress, attention, and relaxation. L-Theanine may help reduce feelings of mental tension while allowing the user to remain alert and engaged.

Within CTRL™, it complements the more activating character of L-Tyrosine and Rhodiola Rosea. The goal is balanced mental energy and composed attention rather than overstimulation.

Magnesium Bisglycinate — 120 mg

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body. It contributes to normal nervous-system function, psychological function, muscle function, energy metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium bisglycinate combines magnesium with the amino acid glycine. This form is commonly chosen because it is generally well tolerated and can be gentler on the digestive system than some other forms of magnesium.

A regular intake is important because the body uses magnesium every day and cannot produce it on its own. Diet remains the primary source, while supplementation can complement daily intake.

The label should clearly confirm that the listed 120 mg refers to elemental magnesium, rather than 120 mg of the complete magnesium bisglycinate compound.

Rhodiola Rosea — 200 mg

Standardized to 3% Rosavins and 1% Salidroside

Rhodiola Rosea is a botanical traditionally used to promote resilience during periods of physical and mental stress. It is often described as an adaptogen, meaning it is used to help the body respond to demanding conditions.

Human research has examined Rhodiola for stress-related fatigue, burnout, mental performance, and endurance. Results are promising, although the overall scientific evidence is still developing and not every study has found the same effects.

The 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside standardization is important because it identifies the concentration of two of Rhodiola’s best-known active compounds. The 200 mg amount falls within the lower end of doses commonly studied for standardized extracts.

Daily consistency gives the ingredient a stable place in the user’s routine, but CTRL™ should not claim that Rhodiola must “build up” in the body or guarantee a particular result.

Vitamin D3 — 1,000 IU / 25 mcg

Vitamin D contributes to normal immune function, muscle function, and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. It also helps the body absorb and use calcium.

Vitamin D3 is the same form of vitamin D naturally produced in the skin following sun exposure. Because vitamin D is fat-soluble, taking CTRL™ with a meal containing some healthy fat can improve its absorption.

A daily serving of 1,000 IU provides a moderate amount of Vitamin D3. Daily intake can be particularly relevant for people with limited sun exposure or a diet that contains few natural sources of vitamin D. Individual needs vary, however, and vitamin D status is best evaluated through a blood test.

Vitamin B6 P-5-P — 5 mg

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function, nervous-system function, energy metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is also involved in amino-acid metabolism and the body’s normal production of several neurotransmitters.

P-5-P, or pyridoxal-5-phosphate, is a coenzyme form of Vitamin B6 that the body can use in many enzyme-dependent reactions.

Its inclusion is especially relevant in a formula containing amino acids such as L-Tyrosine because Vitamin B6 participates in normal amino-acid and neurotransmitter metabolism. The 5 mg serving provides a meaningful but moderate daily amount.

What to Expect

CTRL™ is designed to complement healthy focus, mental energy, stress management, and normal nervous-system function without relying on stimulants.

Responses will vary from person to person. Some users may notice a difference in how they feel relatively quickly, while others may need more time to assess the formula as part of a consistent routine.

For a fair assessment:

  • Take the recommended serving consistently.
  • Take it at approximately the same time each morning.
  • Maintain adequate hydration and regular meals.
  • Prioritize sufficient sleep.
  • Avoid increasing the serving in an attempt to produce a stronger or faster effect.

CTRL™ should complement healthy daily habits, not replace sleep, proper nutrition, medical care, or prescribed treatment.
