CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for products with factory defects, products that are damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped.

EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AN ORDER:
  • Returns will only be accepted in cases of factory defectsdamaged products, or if the wrong product was sent.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted for any other reason due to the nature of the product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Refunds will be issued after reviewing the condition of the returned product(s). The product must be in new condition, with no signs of use, and returned in the same condition it was received.

IS DOMESTIC SHIPPING FREE?

Free shipping applies only to the initial shipment. If any changes are made to the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs starting from the second shipment. We recommend making a responsible purchase to avoid extra shipping fees.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF COUPONS GENERATED FROM RETURNS?

Coupons issued for returns or factory defects are valid for 60 working days from the date of issuance.

WHAT IF THE EXCHANGE PRODUCT HAS A HIGHER COST?

If you are exchanging for a product with a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference for the new product.

 For any order valued over $150 USD, we recommend using a secure shipping method to prevent loss.

Shipping Costs and Fees:
 Shipping costs and any applicable government fees will not be refunded.

Responsibilities for Shipments Returned or Delivered to Another Person:
 It is the customer's responsibility to enter their correct and complete information when making a purchase, including the exact shipping address (name, email, phone number, street address, city, state, zip code). Balanced is not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
