Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@try-balanced.com.


Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may refuse the package upon delivery and request a refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The wrong item was received.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Replacements Before Refunds

In the case of delivery issues, damaged products, or defective items, Balanced will always prioritize offering a replacement at no cost to the customer. Refunds will only be considered once a replacement has been declined or proven unsuccessful.

Refunds via Coupon Code

In some cases, especially when a return is not required, refunds may be issued in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the purchase amount. This code can be used on future purchases and does not expire. Customers may request a coupon refund where applicable or accept it as an alternative solution.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on their first bag of Oregano Oil with Black Seed Oil.

To be eligible for this guarantee:

The product must be taken daily for 30 consecutive days, following our official usage guide, available at: https://try-balanced.com/pages/how-to-use.

You must contact us within 30 to 35 days of receiving the product.

You must provide a detailed explanation of your experience, including symptoms and the perceived lack of benefits.

You may be asked to provide proof of use, such as photos of the remaining product or packaging.

What "not working" means: Our formula is designed to support immune system strength, improved energy and vitality, reduced inflammation, and enhanced digestion. If after consistent daily use no noticeable improvement in these areas is experienced, a refund for the first bag will be granted. Additional bags or opened products are not eligible under this guarantee.

Refund Process

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs and optional package insurance are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. Balanced is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
