The return applies only for products with factory defects or products not requested in your order or damaged products.


WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING AN ORDER?

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any sign of use, in a period of less than 14 days from the date it was delivered. The return of products for any other compelling reason is subject to the return policy in force. No return that has been processed after 14 days will be valid.

Returns will be shipped to our warehouses located in Asia. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. IS DOMESTIC SHIPPING FREE?

The free shipping cost applies only to the initial shipment, if more changes are made the shipping costs will be charged to the customer from the second shipment so we suggest making a responsible purchase.


WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE REFUNDS THROUGH COUPONS?

The coupons generated by returns or factory defects are valid for 60 working days from the date on which it was provided.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I WANT TO EXCHANGE HAS A HIGHER COST?

If the product you wish to exchange has a higher price than the product of the initial purchase: You will have to pay the difference in the amount of the new product requested.

If any information is missing, Balanced will not be responsible for any failure in the delivery of your order.
